No. We are selective about who we work with — not because we are precious about it, but because our reputation is built on the results we deliver. We only take on clients where we believe we can make a real, measurable difference. If we don't think we are the right fit, we will tell you honestly.
Social media management packages require a minimum of 3 months. This is because results in social media compound over time — the first month is strategy and setup, the second is refinement, and from month three onwards you start seeing real, consistent growth. One-off projects like web design and brand design have no minimum period.
We are based in Kampala, Uganda. We work with clients across Uganda and the wider East Africa region. For content production shoots, we can travel to your location. For digital services — social media, video editing, brand design — location does not matter.
Pricing and Payments
Retainer services (social media management) are billed monthly. Month one is paid 100% upfront. From month two onwards, payment is due on the 1st of each month. Project-based work (web design, brand design) is billed 60% upfront and 40% on delivery. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and bank transfer.
No. Everything is laid out in your proposal before you sign. The only cost not included in packages is ad spend — if you run paid campaigns, that budget goes directly to the platform (Meta, TikTok, Google) and is separate from our management fee. We charge a 15% management fee on ad spend.
Yes. You can upgrade your package at any time. Downgrades are possible at the end of a contract period. Changes take effect from the start of the next billing month. Talk to your account manager and we will handle the transition.

We manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. The number of platforms included depends on your package. We always recommend starting with 2 to 3 platforms where your audience is most active, rather than spreading thin across all of them.
We create everything — graphics, copy, captions, hashtags, and strategy. For packages that include content shoots, we also produce the photos and video. All you need to do is approve the content calendar each month. We handle the rest.
You receive a content calendar at the start of each month showing every post, caption, and posting time for your approval. You can request changes before anything goes live. Once approved, we schedule and post everything on your behalf.
